Digital Delivery Only
All of our products are digital. We do not ship physical goods, and no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or customs charges apply to any order.
Products are delivered electronically as a License Key, a download link, or access through our Discord server, depending on the product you purchase.
Delivery Methods
Depending on the product, delivery will happen in one of two ways:
Automatic Delivery
- Your Key or access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout and/or shown on your order confirmation page.
- Delivery is usually instant or within a few minutes of payment being confirmed.
Discord Claim Delivery
- Some products must be claimed through our Discord server.
- Join our Discord and open a ticket with your order details.
- Products must be claimed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Unclaimed products after this window will not be delivered, refunded, or reissued.
Delivery Times
- Most orders are delivered within minutes.
- Delivery may take longer if your payment is under review, flagged for fraud checks, or delayed by your payment processor.
- If you have not received your product within a reasonable time (we suggest 1 hour), open a ticket in our Discord with your order details and we will look into it.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing a correct email address and accurate order details at checkout.
- Checking your spam or junk folder for delivery emails.
- Keeping your Key and access details private and secure. We are not responsible for Keys that are lost, shared, or stolen after delivery.
- Meeting the system requirements listed for the product before purchasing.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect email address or by email filters blocking our messages.
Product Status and Delivery
Delivery of a product does not guarantee it is currently usable. If a product’s status is Updating or Down, you can still receive your Key, but the product may be unusable until the status returns to Undetected. Please see our Refund Policy for details. A status change is not a delivery failure.
Delivery Confirmation
A product is considered delivered once the Key, download link, or access details have been sent to your email, displayed on your order page, or provided through our Discord. We may use delivery and activation records to verify that an order was fulfilled.
Failed or Delayed Delivery
If we confirm that we are responsible for a failed or delayed delivery, we will, at our option, re-send your product, issue a replacement Key, or provide a refund. This is the exclusive remedy for delivery issues caused by us.
Orders Under Review
To prevent fraud and chargebacks, we may hold, delay, or cancel any order that appears suspicious. We may ask you to verify your identity or payment details before delivery. Orders that fail verification may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
