We try our best to make situations like this less stressful, our ticket system will let you know when it is outside of our work hours, and when our work hours are, so you know when to expect us to respond. When we do respond, if your key has never been extended before and we have taken several hours to respond, we will fix the issue, then compensate your key for the lost time.

Using a spoofer when cheating is not necessary, but it is commonly used by people who are HWID banned or want to protect their HWID incase of future HWID Bans. Be sure to check the spoofers status per game in its product description before buying, and do consider using a spoofer if you wish to avoid any HWID bans on your system. Spoofers do not unban accounts, they help bypass existing HWID bans on new accounts, or protect your current HWID from future HWID bans.
