    Where do I find my invoice number?

    Search the inbox you used at checkout for the order confirmation email. The invoice number sits near the top. It may be a short number or a longer code like 8312285594cb5-0000016536551, sometimes prefixed № or #. Card and crypto receipts from your payment provider carry it as well.

    My invoice still shows as pending

    That's fine. Your files are available while payment confirms. Card payments usually clear inside a minute. Crypto payments wait on network confirmations, and five to fifteen minutes is normal. If it stays pending past twenty minutes, contact support with your invoice number.

    How does delivery actually work?

    Every line unlocks as soon as your invoice is found. Depending on the product you'll see a direct download, a set of license keys, or a link to the vendor's own portal. Nothing waits in a queue.

    A link opens blank or errors out

    Allow pop-ups for this page first, since most blocked links look like errors. Some deliveries route through MEGA folders or third-party dashboards, and that page is the delivery, not a broken redirect. If a link genuinely fails, send support your invoice number and the product name.
