By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Withdrawal Notice.
Digital Products and Your Right to Withdraw
All of our products are digital Keys and digital content, delivered electronically. Some regions give consumers a right to cancel an online purchase within a set period (often called a “cooling-off” or “withdrawal” period). For digital products, this right works differently from physical goods, as explained below.
Immediate Delivery and Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
Our products are made available immediately after purchase. By completing your order, you:
- Expressly request that we begin delivery right away, and
- Acknowledge and agree that once your Key, download link, or access details have been delivered, you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase or cancel the order, to the fullest extent permitted by the law of your region.
This applies whether or not you have activated the product.
When Withdrawal Is No Longer Possible
Withdrawal is not available once any of the following has occurred:
- Your Key, download link, or access details have been delivered to you
- The product has been claimed through our Discord server
- The product or Key has been activated
Cancelling Before Delivery
If you want to cancel an order, you must contact us before your product is delivered or claimed. Open a ticket in our Discord with your order details. We will review your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it is being processed.
Orders Not Yet Claimed
If your product must be claimed through our Discord server, you have 24-48 hours to claim it. Unclaimed products after this window will not be delivered, refunded, or reissued.
Product Status
Withdrawal is not available because a product has a status of Updating or Down, whether at the time of purchase or afterward. Please review our Refund Policy for details on product status.
Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in this notice limits any rights you cannot lawfully waive under the consumer protection laws of your region. If the law in your region gives you a right of withdrawal that cannot be waived for your purchase, that right applies only to the extent required by law.
